Ancraophobia

The fear of the wind, also known as anemophobia. An extreme and irrational phobia of breezes and drafts and is usually the product of psychological trauma . Good thing this is both rare and treatable! 

Did this as an art challenge a while back for fun. So many things I still need to learn and perfect but I'm still rather satisfied with this one.
